Return Policy

All products sold by Voice Aerobics DVD are final sale. Due to the nature of digital and physical media products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

If you experience any issues with your order—such as receiving a defective or damaged item—please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the situation.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Shipping

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days). Items ship USPS priority mail. Larger orders may ship UPS, contact Voice Aerobics for orders over $500. International orders allow 10-14 days.

Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (UPS, FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation and Insured Mail).

Your Order: Tax and Seller Information

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

Please note: The sales tax indicated on the checkout form is an estimate. The sales tax ultimately charged to your credit card will be calculated when your credit card charge is authorized and will reflect applicable state and local taxes.

Refused Shipments or Undeliverable Address

If you refuse delivery of a shipment or provide an undeliverable address as your shipping address and your package is returned, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Packages refused upon delivery will be subject to the UPS refused package fee.

Due to the speed in which your order is processed and shipped in most cases, once an order is placed we are unable to cancel the order. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact Voice Aerobics via email or telephone once you have received the product.

NO INSURANCE BILLING – Voice Aerobics does not submit to insurance. All purchases are cash only. An invoice is included so that you may submit to Medicare or insurance if you desire. Thank you.
