All products sold by Voice Aerobics are final sale. Due to the nature of digital and physical media products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. If you experience any issues with your order—such as receiving a defective or damaged item—please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the situation. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Items may, at the discretion of the manufacturer, be replaced only they are defective or damaged.
